"Great place to repair"
"I brought my iPhone to this guy to repair/replace the back that had shattered. All buttons worked prior to him touching my phone. In fact, I powered down the phone by holding the right side and left side button simultaneously as you would normally do. Once he replaced the back, he could not power on the phone by pressing the buttons so he plugged in a charger which powered on the phone. I paid him the $150 cash and a minute later when I tried to lock the screen by pressing the right side button, it wouldn’t work. I brought it to his attention and in a defensive tone he said what he had done to repair the back of my phone had no affect on the buttons. I think he may have accidentally spread glue around that area which caused the button to cease. He refused to help me and brushed me off. I was pissed but had no recourse since he already had my money. Long story short, my phone is damaged and now I have to pay more to have Apple Care to see if they can fix it. I’ll never go back to this guy. You shouldn’t either. Poor work with no accountability for his work. He should be banned from Brea Mall. If I could give him negative stars, I would."
