"Had an expensive repair of one of our appliances. Crew was extremely friendly but what they did was the cause of a complete break down of our fridge. In fact they ruined it. Could not 100% recommend this company. Update: After the review they showed up thankfully reimbursing half of the extra money I had to spend to get the fridge working again."
"We've had two good experiences with Sam and Elite Experts. We have a Viking gas cooktop that came with our house. Several of the burners were not working and we had another company come out first and they were stumped and couldn't fix the issue. Sam came out and determined that a few of the burners were not working and the ignitor wasn't properly sending ignition to the burners. He recommended that we replace the burners. I asked if we could get a better price if we replaced all six and he gave us a bit off. He came back about a week later and installed new burners and an ignitor. We still have times when the ignitor sparks and clicks for a bit longer on some of the burners, but all six are working well and over time I think the clicking/sparking is decreasing. He took the time to explain how things work and ultimately, replacing the burners will save us money in the long run as new versions of this cooktop are very expensive. This last week, Sam came out on a day's notice to take a look at our seven year old gas dryer. Upon opening up the dryer, he determined that the motor had seized. He later found a rodent that had been sucked into the vent hose. At that point we figured we've have to purchase a new dryer, but Sam said he was certain it would work again and sure enough, it works perfectly now! He was very polite, on time and honest! I'd call him again. The visit fee was reasonable and would have been applied towards repair."

After calling to report a leaking fridge, the process has been smooth and both the customer service rep and the technician have been more than friendly, helpful, and professional. The technician came to inspect the leak and was able to fix it right away. Very kind and knowledgeable. He walked us through what happened and the needed fix. We enjoyed having him in our home. "I had someone come out for a repair/quote for our subzero freezer. It wasn't working well, and the ice wasn't staying frozen. It's 12 yrs old. In 20 mins and without taking off the cover where the actual compressor is, he diagnosed compressor replacement and sent me an overall $1750 general quote for replacement and recharging the system. Since the quote was vague, I asked for more of a description of what was wrong, and they haven't gotten back to me?. We got another appliance guy to come out (we needed it to work sooner than later) it's xmas season. He inspected the compressor. It was good, but more importantly, the relay switch was faulty. $175 later, the freezer works perfectly. 10x less than Elite Experts. They seem to be sending out whoever and quoting whatever."
"They were available on a next day appointment to diagnose the igniter problems on our Viking stove and oven which was great. However, they did say they'd be in touch 48 hours later to schedule the follow-up visit to fix it and promised before Thanksgiving. I had to follow up four days later when I received no call back as promised at which point they suggested after Thanksgiving. However, in the end, they did accommodate me in time and did a great job!"
