Of the 3 that inspected, only Lowrey’s Plumbing spotted other critical issues (acid discharge from tankless water heater that already ate thru previously installed copper pipes – other 2 plumbing companies completely missed it; as well as the discharge that was eroding the concrete walkway opposite the wall). Justen was punctual with keen eyes to spot root cause on issues and honest, as he was competent with recommendation at sensible cost-effective (e.g., discharge without expensive new drainage) solutions.
