They showed up outside of the scheduled window and did not text me to let me know they were coming (like they said they would). I wasn’t home so they interrupted my husband who was working from home and our dog was going nuts. It caused my husband to miss an important work meeting. When I expressed my frustration with the $89 service, they just said “We will tell the technician”. No sorry or discount or anything."
