"I left my mower to have a belt put on it. It was promised on Thursday after 12pm, wasnt ready until Saturday morning. When I arrived at the shop, the man helping another customer. I waited patiently until he had completed the transaction. I was there to pickup only. Instead of taking me he looked around me and started to help another hispanic person. When I suggested that I was next in line for service, he stated that that is the way they do business at that shop, taking care of whomever they want, in this case another hispanic person rather than me. The other customer suggested that I was ahead of him, however, the service person went ahead and took care of him first. Then he stated that my lawn mower wasn't ready. I informed him that it was outside and it had the new part on the mower. Very rude and disrespectful customer service person. I will not be going back to this shop again. Nor will I refer anyone"

"I'm on the fence with these guys... seems like a hit and miss. The fixed my lawnmower but when I took my blower in they told me it was most likely the carburetor. Later that day they called me and told me it was the ignition Coil. It's going to be an additional $100. I thought I was being played or they didn't know what they were doing. So I paid them for the services they did on the carb, crossing my fingers they did something. I ended up going home and checking the a few things. I realized that the leaf blower cover has a kill switch and the cover wasn't hitting the sensor to indicate it was closed 100%. It seemed to correct the issue. That must of got passed these guys. They are very nice and were not rude when I decided not to got ahead with the fix which has been my problem with many mom and pop shops that I have been to. Like I said a hit and miss with them. It may take me a while to go back to them... they are just too close sometimes to pass up. But for the next few service's I will be traveling a bit futher out to get them done."

"I told the Mechanic that my pull rope broke. And that home depot and lowe's had cheap rope and not long enough. He ask me what kind of mower I had. He went to the back and came back with 10 ft. of good rope for $3.50. The other guys wanted $12.99 for 7 ft. of cheap stuff"
