I especially liked when I placed the initial call that the person was able to understand what was most like the issue and gave me a educated figure based on what I was saying. The price was within reason. I asked a couple of questions not related to the service and was answered well. I will certainly use J's in the future."

"They bait and hook you with pricing so a $130 service charge I was told was a minimum spend, after they snake the sink it turns into $570. (They are unable to have their invoice math add up to justify this). They then proceed with how cheap they are. I am surprised to get this service after seeing how many 5 star reviews they have. I would steer clear and call another company."
