Scheduling the diagnostic visit was easy and He showed up right at the start of the time window. He told us that the parts were out of stock, but we could try to buy a used one on eBay. He was very candid about the risks of using used parts versus buying a brand new dryer. We were shopping around for a new dryer but then found a seller on eBay who had a used replacement part. The seller also had excellent ratings, and we decided to take a chance. Today He came again and delivered the spare part. The dryer works great, we don't add another piece to the landfill.
