Started on a Saturday afternoon and everything was done by 2pm Sunday. Amazing. Cleaned up everything, installed working programs, plus the 2 computers just run better. "A rare find. My 4 year old Dell XPS crashed upon startup and wouldn't cooperate. After researching many repair places I decided to try Bob based on reviews. We talked and I brought the patient into his place of business(very local) around 12:30pm on 10/12. Bob was pretty confident he could help. Hardly 24 hours later I got a call that my PC was ready. Ok, I was already prepared to lose some or many files that were not backed up. I got the patient back home and it started right up in record speed, faster than it had run in quite some time.
