When Galaxy arrived, within 2 minutes the tech had tightened four screws on the motor, and solved the noise problem. The motor was fine! It had just wiggled loose. "On Saturday my friend told me she had a slab leak and that same night lucky me, I got a slab leak, apparently it’s contagious! I immediately called my friend to ask about her plumber. She spoke highly of them. I called Jose at Galaxy and he sent over Keith and I have to say he was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to quickly do the repairs. I was expecting him to have to go through my living room wood floors but he was able to access through the drywall and another vent from my kitchen. I was busy on a telephone work call when they finished so when I came around the corner to look at what I expected to see a mess, I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of damage. They advised in advance that they didn’t do drywall. Wow, looks so much better than I thought and my slab leak was fixed. They rerouted pipe and sleeved it. The cost was below what I’ve heard others have paid too. They are honest and the pricing is very fair."
