"Called for Rooter service. After first technician wanted to increase the price from $77 to $250 and I refused they sent another technician who came 3 hours later and had small snake 1/2 instead of 1 inch cable that was underpowered and could not open the main line. The technician was nice and polite but company did not provide him with the tools. This is intentional since failure to open the drain allows them to upsell to “water jet” that they charge $800+. Total waste of time. Next day I rented the snake and opened drain in 10 minutes. Total cost $48 for 1/2 day rental."

The actual visit was with Francisco and again the level of service was top notch. Francisco was thorough in explaining things and super kind to speak with. I felt comfortable asking many questions without feeling brainless! Although I needed time to make a decision he was very understanding and I would not hesitate to call them again to do some work!"

"Leo’s work shows a good quality. The length of work that was explained to me was to complete the construction within a week but it took two weeks because the city inspector request was not submitted right away. The price was pretty expensive. Since the Rooter Hero boss did not give me a choice for a second estimate I could not compare the price."
