"I'm not sure how he can still be business. He made an attempt to repair my refrigerator. But he messed it up so bad that is not repairable. This is a $12k refrigerator that I have to replace. That's all I have to say about this guy."

"Unfortunately I had to call the LG automated service and was unfortunately dispatched to this pathetic excuse for a business. After making an appointment and them being an hour late (which would mean that they would actually showned up) but an hour after they were supposed to be here I finally canceled their service. If you get dispatched to these worthless people and you read these feedbacks; immediately call back and cancel your appointment and try again!! Don't fall prey and waste your day waiting on these pathetic bottom feeders to never show up. Even their name "A star" (indicating only 1 star) is a lie and false advertisement because if I could I would give them 0 stars."

"Steve the repair man is extremely unprofessional. He's had to come out several times and each time he was very late (5+ hours) or didn't show up at all and blamed it on "the people at the office" and never took any accountability. He also made phone calls at nearly 10 pm which is unacceptable. This last time, he just walked in my house without knocking and startled me. We weren't ready because we were trying to put our masks on and I told him not to just walk in like that. He went back into his truck and drove off. I already paid for the refrigerator to be fixed and it started acting up again. So not only is this company unprofessional, they do poor work. The manager, Alex, is not very helpful either. He's refusing to let me talk to the owner and was trying to get Steve back over to my house. I don't trust having someone who acts like Steve to be in my house."

"Did not fix the dryer properly and had to get it fixed again. Told me technician had moved out of area when I asked them to come fix the problem."

"Gentleman came out to repair my refrigator back in January. It worked when he left. I unplugged it a couple days after because I was using a different refrigator. I plugged it in a couple days ago and it did not work. Same guy came back and told me some story about what's wrong with it now. I told him that I really never used it and it is having the same problem it was having before he fixed it. He said he would call me back in a couple days. I called the office and asked to speak with a supervisor and never received a call back. Extremely poor customer service and they do not do good work. Very dishonest. Stay away."
