Steve's Heating and Air Conditioning Repair

"one star for the good reviews I see here I was hoping for no stars. they may be good at what they do technically seems like but I won't have the leisure to experience it. here is why: last week I went to their location before they are closed to express my concern about my A/C leaking water. this guy Steve the owner quickly ask me where I live and responded right away that my A/C unit is old and need a new system. he told me to call him the following week. so two days ago I called Steve, I told him my A/C unit is blowing cold air but still leaks water from attic. Steve said okay it seems the tray is clogged and need to fix that. let's schedule an appointment for this Friday which is today at 1pm. so I took two hours off from my work drive all the way home. I got home a little bit before 1pm and texted him to remind him about our appointment. first thing he replied was, hey are you the guy who wants to have the A/C system replaced. I started to get worried. any how, I replied no, I need to have my A/C fixed for the water leak problem. here comes the best part, Steve replied "I'm a salesperson, you need a technician, I can't send a technician to you until next week. " obviously Steve the owner has big target to hit for new Trane A/C units it seems. so this review is to second another 1 star review on Yelp, Steve is disoriented and unorganized. you need to take notes if you give a damn furthermore, I asked Steve if they take Wells Fargo Home Project Card, it seems like he never heard of it except visa or mastercard. I called and email communicated with Wells Fargo, Steve's shop is currently listed on thier Home Project program."
