"***LG refrigerator clients, please take special note*** My main concern is for the elderly and folks who may not be knowledgeable and who Raul consistently targets as prey to manipulate and swindle. Raul is extremely unprofessional and rude and his arrogance and rude behavior consistently creates havoc with clients. When I had first called him to inquire and ensure there would be no additional charges because the refrigerator was under warranty with LG, he literally scoffed and yelled back why I was asking. That is not how you speak. He then showed up and start mocking and tried to imply I was lying that the refrigerator had only been a year old and was under warranty. I share this story because I do not want to see or hear anyone get scammed by Raul. Raul is a service technician, period. He has no authority whatsoever to ask for your proof of purchase and warranty contract. The proof of purchase is what refrigerator owners are required to provide LG. Once LG approved they send out technicians such as Raul. Raul's service agreement is with LG and he is paid for his services by LG. Do not let him exert undue pressure or let him bully you or coerce you into providing anything to him if you have contacted LG and he was sent. Raul tries to collect money on both ends from LG and from the owners of the refrigerator. Remember, if you are using your warranty you did not call him directly so keep your communication intact and limit it to LG. On top he left the old condenser that as per LG he was supposed to have taken and disposed. On contacting LG, Raul lied to LG that he will pick it up. Do not trust Raul. He is deceitful, a liar and manipulative looking to rip off people."
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Raul came to service a dishwasher. We knew the part was on warranty. He said that is wasn’t and wanted $200 from us for the part. We called LG to verify and they said we still had a 5 year warranty on the part. After calling Raul back and letting him know that we wanted the money back that we put down for deposit on services, he totally disappeared. Won’t answer calls or messages! He’s a thief, liar and loser! I hope he reads this, realizes who I am and steps up!"
"Called Raul yesterday (1/14/2020) and he promised he will be at my place at 7AM today (1/15/2020). He was an hour late and didn't tell me he will be running late. He said it will cost me about $65 to replace the drain pump and to diagnose it at $75, but the $75 will go towards the parts and labor if I do decide to use him. Needless to say, of course I have to have the water drained so I asked him how much and he said I have to pay $280 for the whole thing. I asked for the best price he could give and he reduced it down to $240. Fine, he did the work but left all the debris and dirt all over my flooring. I issued him a check and he left. As I was cleaning up, I noticed a chip on top of the washer panel and the scratches on my washer panel and called him back to show him. He pretended like he knew nothing of course, he came back and showed it to him. He said he knows nothing about it and that he didn't damage my panel. I told him not to lie and then he said he will replace it the next day but not sure if the part is available. I called LG and check if the part is available and the cost is $154++. I then stopped paid the check that I issued Raul to make sure he goes back and replace the part that he damaged when he disassembled everything. I called him and notified him but instead of agreeing with me, he said he will come back to my place and remove the drain pump that he installed instead. What an A??? I tried to complain to LG but they are unable to do anything when they referred him to me. I will report to BBB regarding his behavior and his dishonesty. LG should not allow him to be a preferred licensed LG technician. Horrible and disgusting experience with Raul. He has the nerve to even tell me he will take me to the Small Claims Court when he damaged my panel, admitted the damages and he will replace the part and then later said he didn't scratch the washer panel!!! So unprofessional liar disgusting technician of all times!!!!"
"Worst repair technician I have ever had to deal with - Raul or whatever his name is. Replaced compressor on our LG fridge and charged us $350 but the fridge stopped working again within 30 days. There was a leak which he didn't tell us about and now we have to pay several hundred more dollars to get it fixed. The compressor was probably OK initially. Unfortunately, Mr. Raul is in the business to make a quick buck and not help his customers. After a while he even stopped replying to our text messages and phone calls. I would give him zero stars if I could."
"***Horrible service*** This guy Raul would set up appointments to come service my portable a/c and he would never show up and no courtesy call to let me know he was not coming!!! I called LG again and again he finally came to “service my AC” mind you this is after 7 weeks of scheduled appointments that he never showed up! Anyways his diagnostic was that my unit is not working and that he will have to take it to get it fixed, that it would take him a week to fix it. Oh wait but that he couldn’t take my unit at that moment that he would have to come get it on Saturday(he came on Wednesday)! Well guess what he never came back. I called LG again and they said give him one more day if he doesn’t call u or pick it give us a call back. Yeah, he never showed up or call oh and he has no voicemail set up!!!"
