"Buyer beware. They tried to charge me $10,000+ for a tankless water heater I was able to get installed for under $5K (same equipment, better installation plan). They then sent me a bill for $675 for removing the old water heater. Still fighting that."
"I was recommended this company by a friend whom had Rooter Solutions redue their mains. Their experience was good. RS replaced my old back to back bathroom sink connection in the wall. They are knowledgeable and quick. Do I wish it was cheaper? Yes. They did not raise their quote on me though. Is Pedro whom did the work the man and a caring guy? Yes. Thank you RS! My wife can wash her hands and you can't put a price on that"
"I would suggest Rooter Solutions to anyone looking for a professional and friendly service. They accommodated me very quickly with an appointment the next day I called them. Pablo is the plumber who helped me and he was very nice and quick. He also took the time to make sure everything was in-check and working properly, such as the quality and the pressure of the water, along with checking if there as any leak in the house."

"Sloppy work. Many no shows when they said they would come and no communication. Drains installed were higher than concrete, said drains adjusted 3x. Field Manager no show several times without letting us know. Overpriced, sloppy work. Cement patch up sloppy! Tacky! Also, I called the office 3x to reach the general manager but I did not even get a call back. So, stay away from this company."
