"New furnace and thermostat installed a year ago. It has been a nightmare trying to stay warm last December and this December. I was supposed to be saving energy and money but I have had bills 300% higher. I wish I had my old heater. It didn't always work, but I was able to stay warm when it did. :'("

"Eco Services has been incredibly unprofessional! The put in a new furnace, but with a part missing - so I can't use it! They should not have decommissioned my old furnace, which worked, before installing a new one that doesn't work! It took them an entire week just to measure for the missing part. Why didn't they do that the first day? The Supervisor, Alan, refuses to return my calls. I'm 68 years old, and have been without heat for going on three weeks now. When I call to speak to Alan, I'm told in a smarmy-sweet voice that "Your part has been ordered and we'll call you when it comes in." No matter what I say, Mariella just repeats that phrase over and over. Ridiculous!"
