"So, Wednesday I called 5 electricians. 4 of them blew me off. Nick, at Cal-Paso said hed have somebody out the very next day, but he also said they may be too busy. The next day rolls around and turns out the guy is too busy; normally I would be upset but Nick had the Technician Avery call me himself to say he couldnt make it. That level of accountability is exactly what I am looking for in a business. Avery apologized and was at my house 10am sharp as agreed the very next morning. This wasnt an easy install. It gave him several electrical dilemmas to troubleshoot. Avery had a great attitude, super polite, asked questions before making changes, and all around got the difficult light installed my other ceiling fan fixed and restored power to my living/dining circuit. All in a timely fashion. The man was done at 12 sharp. I wasnt happy I had to call an electrician, but after Avery left my home: I was happy that it was Cal-Paso who did get the job.
