"The first thing they ask you when you walk in is "How much money is in your account?" Before they ask your name or how are you?!! They only help high yield accounts and everyone else is pointless to them. I received no help. They just gave me a phone number to call even though I told them I tried that phone number multiple times for hours with no luck."

"The staff is very responsive/ helpful. I call and can get help 24/7. Recently,after coronavirus hit,I walked in,no appointment, and it is nice. One customer at a time,I privately talked to a live person on a huge iPad screen. I do miss the self help kiosk machines, I was able to use/ access my online account there and fix issues with staff present, that was pre covid times."

"Not responsive. Even though the people there are friendly, and seem helpful, but not all that responsive Went in two weeks ago to get help on xfer external account into fidelity. The rep promised to call back the following Monday, but there's been no communication since. I email a couple day afterwards, no response at all. Went to the El Segundo office and got the transfer done, under 30 minutes. Not sure what the problems is, but I am never going back to the torrance location."
