"Great experience! The technician arrived on time as promised. The scheduler when I made an appointment was very nice. The technician tested a few things and solved the issue in a short time. He was also very courteous and pleasant. Everything is working great! I'd also like to mention I had the gas company out to do an annual inspection and told me nothing was wrong ever though I could smell a faint odor of gas. I highly recommend On-Point!"

She was able to schedule me in promptly but most importantly she was a joy to speak with. A few days later I had a problem with my kitchen faucet.
