"My home warranty company sent them out to look at my oven. The tech figured out what was wrong with it, no problem and the company got authorization to order the parts to fix it and said they would be in in about 10 days, then when the 10 days was up would contact us again and say they just got authorization to order the part and it would be another 10 days. This went on for well over a month. We went without an oven through Thanksgiving and Christmas. They stopped taking our calls like everyone else says in thier reviews. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Avoid at all costs."
"My oven was making an error code for several months and different company came to “fix it”. They did not. 101 repair inc came on time to both appointments and fixed my oven fan with no problem and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing appliances repaired! Thank you guys!"
"Our home warranty sent this company to our home to repair our clothes washer. The day they were scheduled to come on a Friday from 10-2, they never showed up. At 2:30 I finally called the company and they said the technician's vehicle broke down. They never called me to communicate this. I had to call to find out. Then they said they would put me as a priority and first on the list to come out that next Monday. They scheduled it again for 10-2 and the technician didn't get there until after 1:00 and told my husband there was nothing wrong with the washer and it just needed vinegar, but he wanted us to use our vinegar to put in it and let it sit for an hour and put a load in it the next day. He said he would leave the claim open in case it acted up again. Of course it did because he was there for a total of 5 mins and did nothing. So we called daily for 4 days with no answer or call back after several messages. After 1 week and finally calling the home warranty to complain 101 Repair called back and told my husband they were ordering parts. They wouldn't tell us what parts they were ordering but that the lady "trusted her technician knew what he was doing." Granted, we only had the 1 visit for 5 mins and "there was nothing wrong with our machine" but now they knew what parts to order? Then they scheduled us another 2 weeks out to wait for the parts to come in. This whole time they would never answer their phones and would not call and communicate with us. We had to keep going through our warranty company to find out anything, other than the one time they called my husband to schedule the appointment. After 3 weeks of the back and forth they never showed up to the 2nd appointment and I requested a new company to come out. We have been without our washer for a month now due to this company's poor communication skills and professionalism. I recommend this company fix their phone issues and call their customers back promptly so there can be clear understanding of why the delay, whether it's parts or technicians not showing up. It's ridiculous that we had to put up with this for this length of time."
"My home warranty hired them to fix the dishwasher that stopped working 2 weeks after we moved into our new home. I was worried because the reviews weren't so great but I had a great experience! They were courteous, they showed up on time, they called to tell me they were on their way, they called to let me know the parts had been ordered and when to expect them, they called once they arrived to schedule an appointment to install them, they again called before arriving and showed up on time. He was in and out and the dishwasher has been working great. I'm very pleased with the service I received."
"We were paired up with this company through our home warranty company. When we filed the request, 101 Repairs came out right away, had us pay our deductible along with some paperwork, and the gentleman went right to work. We thought that it would be something simple, but that's not how things go for us. He came back out to tell us that it was just a simple replacement of a computer board and it would be here by tomorrow. Fast forward 4 days later of no communication, we reached out to him to find out what was going on and he informed us that it wouldn't be in until the following week. About 2 weeks went by, and we still haven't heard anything so we reached out again. He said he had the part and could come by whenever we were around. Once he got here, he realized that he got the wrong part and he was gonna have to place another order. 1 week after that, we had heard nothing so we then reached out again and he informed us that we were going to get a call from our home warranty company since they were going to have to replace the whole unit. 2 more weeks went by so we checked to see what the deal was, and 101 Repairs had closed out the claim, marked it as completed and FIXED. We were very unsatisfied with this company and will never use them in the future. If anyone is looking to have a vital appliance fixed in a reasonable amount of time, find another company."
