"The company is just a referral service. They call actual tow companies for you. I paid almost $300 to get a 9 mile tow. The driver they sent to me only got $150. I would recommend calling an actual tow company. After 4 hours of being stranded on the highway. They called and said the driver wanted another $50. The driver never did ask that."

"Fake business. Trilogy is a neighborhood and the address they have as their business address is a house that I have driven by many times. I have lived in the small town of Rio Vista for 36 years and have only heard about this business through people being scammed out of money and never receiving service. Guess that's how they are able to afford the expensive houses in Trilogy, stealing money from unsuspecting people and defrauding the government by listening their resistance as a fictitious business. BUYER BEWARE!"

"Called for help with my spare tire. I have a spare, just need help taking the lug nuts out. I'm in Rio Vista and called for road side assistance. The very nice customer service rep said they don't have anyone who can assist. I asked for a wait time and she said it's a very long wait because they are busy and the company can't help. It was horrible customer service, because they couldn't and wouldn't attempt to assist."
