"I've always used George Allen. A year ago they replaced my long time water pressure regulator, which had failed. Inexplicably, the brand new Watts regulator they installed gradually stopped working properly after just one year. I called them, and Tyler came right out. He determined that the regulator was defective and ordered a new one. When that one arrived a few days later, they immediately came out with it. Before installing the replacement, the tech partially disassembled the poorly functioning regulator to see if it were clogged with debris. It wasn't, so he installed the replacement, which works perfectly now. These regulators typically last for many years, so I should be all set now. Notably, this was called a warranty repair, so there were no charges for the part or labor. The company stands behind their work and products. Very happy with this company and will always use them in the future."
