"Known by many names, the Cove Beach changes over the years. As a kid, the beach was clean and safe, and watching the fishing boats come and go was special. As surfers rode the waves, fishermen descaled their catch at the top of the launch. There seems to be more litter and tailgating parties now vs family swimming and picnics. When the tide is out, walk as far as you can, it's gorgeous but don't stay out too long, or the tide will come in on you."
