"Had dent pros come out to pull a small dent on my bedside. They pulled the dent but cracked the paint on my truck. They tried to say that’s normal and to cover it up with touch up paint! I was never told there was a possibility of the paint cracking while using this method, Or I never would have agreed. Their claims dept says they only cover up to $500 of the cost to repair it. It’s gonna be over $1000. So I get to pay at least $500 out of pocket to fix their mess up. What a joke. DO NOT USE the big chain companies like DENTPRO! Take the time and find a reputable mom and pop shop and pay the extra $ to make sure your hard earned vehicle is in the right hands. I’m very disappointed and will not be recommending Dent pros to any body."
