"We had called them to replace 2 of our toilets. Before scheduling I had specifically asked about installing skirted toilets and gotten a quote for a certain amount. After the plumber arrived, I got a call saying the toilet I ordered is not a "two-piece toilet". But it was, it says so on both Kohler and Home Depot's website that it is a two-piece toilet, but he said it isn't. I had literally emailed him a link to the exact toilet I purchased to get the quote, how can there be a miscommunication when the exact product was emailed to him!! He then quoted me a new price, which was only slightly more, so I asked him to proceed. There I made the mistake of not having him email me the price as the invoice came in at $100 above what I clearly remember was the quote."

"Very impressed with this company/service! I had a non immediate plumbing concern and they still pushed to get someone assigned within 24hrs. Paul, who handles scheduling, was very kind to take down my information and details of my plumbing problem and said he would call me back with a timeslots. Paul called back short after with my timeslots, as promised, and the technician promptly arrived during that time too! When the technician, Gary, arrived he was polite, respectful of my house and quickly fixed the problem in an affordable manner. He walked me through what he did and suggested a few minor pieces of equipment I could use to prevent the same problem in the future. "Had a major clog in my main drain. Called Guaranteed on a Sunday night (non-emergency) and Gary arrived first thing the next morning. He unclogged my main drain then put a larger cutter on his snake to do a thorough clean out of the line. He was able to dislodge two major root balls from the sewer line. I won't name names but the last company that I called was here about a month ago didn't take the extra step to do actually help prevent a recurrence. Gary took the extra step and even told me how to prevent, or at least slow down, future root growth. I would definitely hire this company again. I highly recommend their service."
