Fast-Fix cellphone repair (Appointment Only)

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR TIME. DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE. Gave this guy 3 phones to fix screens and also 1 charger port. Told me I would have by tomorrow all for 240.00. Tomorrow came and story kept changing. Turns out he couldn't fix 1 and only fixed one screen and the 3rd phone put a screen protector and left the cracked screen. Now I know why he had us pick it up at night so we couldn't see it. PS I am sure those 5 star reviews are all made up"

"DO NOT waste your money and time , please take my advice. The guy tried to fix my phone twice and still it isn't working properly. All I needed is my cracked screen replaced with a new one. He used a knockoff generic screen that wasn't compatible with my s23 ultra. He took the back casing as well saying it was scratched but it wasn't. When he was finished he said it cost $350 he was in a hurry to leave and I paid then my phone needed to restart for an update after the restart in update was complete my phone didn't turn back on at all. I called him back saying my phone isn't working at all and he needs to fix it again with a official factory Samsung part he said okay and it will be an extra $100 I said fine after he tried to fix it again it was working better but then I get random loss of signal and the voice to text Mic doesn't work. My other advice is get phone insurance and take it to a proper phone repair company that will do things right the first time"

"Was told one price over the phone for a screen repair then became a higher price when I got to the home. Was original 2 hours then at the door told 4 hours. After small argument went back to 2 hours UPDATE***** Farid change the screen a couple weeks ago and now there are two dead pixels with lines in the screen. When I told him about it he said there's no warranty on the screen and it was refurbished. If I knew this before the repair I would have never had him do it as his price is the same as brand new screens all over. I tried working it out with him to no success. I am a reasonable guy and was willing to take a compromise on a refund but he is unwilling to do anything. This is a total scam business that is working out of his home and all the previous five-star reviews was when he was in a mall in San Francisco witchy is no longer. If I was you I would stay far away from this business"

"Competent, Quality, Fast work with decent pricing. I had an iPhone SE with a bad charging port and the parts were in stock so I had same day service. I wasn't expecting that with an older phone. Very pleased."
