I really appreciate the outreach and when they did the most recent maintenance, they did a great job. For this, I'm increasing my star rating. __________________________ I requested a clean up service from Leon's a while ago. It was incredibly expensive but they were the only company that was able to come on short notice. They had what seemed like a more affordable regular maintenance which I requested. However, after scheduling the regular maintenance, they failed to show up 3 weeks in a row despite scheduling and confirming. They have also now become unresponsive. I should have used another company for the initial service and not wasted so much time trying to chase them down for follow up for maintenance."
