"I had a hard time finding the office. Look for this sign to the right just inside the gate behind a wrecked car. It's a trailer. The trailer was dirty inside, and a customer said they do good work. I never talked to the one employee who was on the phone for over 15 minutes. I browsed the accessories on the shelves but chose not to continue waiting."

"I stopped here to find out about a repair to the metal box protecting my propane refill valves. It was just past closing time, but Isaac took the time to inspect it, give me his assessment that it was still structurally sound and suggest using loom wraps to further protect one of the propane hoses (the bleed valve hose). And then he went and got some loom he had handy and fixed it with loom and cable ties! And all for no charge!!! Concord Coach is now my official ‘local RV repair shop’."
