"Trying to get assistance identifying a part that I wanted to order from him if he could get the part quickly, and he was nothing but rude and evasive. I let him know that all the labels are worn or missing, I said I had pictures, asked if he could help me identify the part so I could order, and his reply was “I can’t help you if you can’t identify the part” and then he hung up. If he’s the expert, he should be able to help a customer identify the correct part. What a rude @sshat."
