"Update! I finally got a call back. I'll give them a a chance try and see their diagnostic/repair on my Onan Generator. I'll update once done! Havent had a chance for updthese guys to work on my generator...low ratings for no courtesy call back. Reception said Mike returns calls. All call goes to his vm and never responded even if asked for a courtesy call! Tried calling three times :-("
