Marco was our point of contact and we had an 8-10 am window... we appreciated that Marco gave us a 30 minute heads-up when he would arrive. We had two doors that needing reviewing and Marco gave us various options (replace, upgrade, maintenance, etc.). It's nice to have options. He replaced one opener and refurbished the other. Quick and high-quality service... actually came in a bit lower than the initial quote. Our gardener then arrived and commented that he just had R&S do some work for them, too. Highly recommended."
