They were able to send someone out the same day I inquired to take a look and give us a free estimate; David was on time, friendly, and efficient. He gave us a super reasonable quote that was half the cost of the other company's quote AND told us we didn't actually need to replace our stuck main water shutoff valve -- he just twisted the bolt a little bit and it was fine. Really appreciate that kind of honesty and helpfulness! We then scheduled the actual replacement job for two days from then, and once again, David showed up on time and got the job done well and quickly. 5 stars. Always such a relief to find good, reliable tradespeople who aren't out to rip you off and know what they're doing."
