"I am dismayed by the lack of responsiveness from this company. Initially attracted by several outstanding reviews, I arranged for a representative to provide a quote on a drainage project. The individual who visited offered promising ideas and assured me that further measurements would be taken to prepare a bid. However, after a week passed with no update, I reached out to the company's management and received a generic response. Another week elapsed, and they promised to send the proposal once ready, but then I was completely ignored. My final message to them expressed a simple request for the courtesy of a response, even if they were too busy to undertake the project. Regrettably, there was no reply. This experience reminds me of a business adage: 'The way a company sells to you reflects how they will service you.' Furthermore, when I shared my genuine experience online, a company representative inaccurately claimed that I had requested free services. This misrepresentation, following the initial oversight, compelled me to caution others about my personal experience with this organization. ** Updating to respond to the vendor's false claims, below: 1. The "specific service" the vendor accuses me of seeking "for free" was an estimate of charges for paid work I asked them to do, just as any services business would need to produce before a contract is written and agreed to. 2. The "free visual inspection" referred to in the response is another way of saying he looked at the property and what I was describing as the need for an estimate. 3. "I want to emphasize that no commitments were made to provide a comprehensive solution free of charge. " I never asked for one. I was merely seeking an estimate so I could compare bids from multiple vendors, just as any homeowner would. 4. "delays in response times occur due to high workload or the need to prioritize paying clients. " The fact is, this vendor NEVER responded to multiple requests over a period of THREE WEEKS, asking why they ghosted me. If they had done what they said they would do, specifically following up with an interested customer in a timely way, I would not have felt the need to share my experience with other potential customers so they do not just read other "excellent" reviews, which may or may not have been solicited by this vendor."

"I waited five days for them to come at the agreed upon time. They were a “no show.” After an hour I called them to ask where they were. They said they got busy with another job and cancelled our appointment without telling me. To make matters worse the arrogant owner didn’t care. Very dissatisfied. Found another firm to do the job to my satisfaction the very next day. Don’t waste your time with Alpha Trenchless."
