"First class Mac repair shop, owner takes the time to go over all details, prices extremely reasonable. A++"
"Attempted to get my laptop repaired here a few months ago. They told me it wasn't repairable due to water damage. Today, I had opened the laptop to take out my 1 TB SSD only to find out that it's gone. Stolen by YeaMac"
"This is a great place to get any Apple device repaired or serviced. They also sell refurbished Macs in excellent conditions. I have a MacBook Pro 15" and its replacement battery was hard to find anywhere. It also had a few display issues. Ricardo quickly diagnosed both the issues and replaced the battery within a few hours. He not only gave inputs on the display issues but also offered to replace the macbook pro at a reasonable price and adjust battery cost in the price. So at the end I had a new machine with new battery and all my old data intact ! As a result iIalso got two more of old macbooks repaired and serviced here. Thank you Ricardo !"
"I have a 2010 iMac that worked well even all these years later. I understand it’s obsolete but it’s still a great computer with a huge screen (Apple doesn’t make the 27 inch model anymore). I was trying to do a factory reset and the computer seemed to crash, kept restarting on its own. I called Apple support and they tried to troubleshoot the problem but couldn’t so I eventually took it to an Apple Store. They tried the same thing as phone support and told me it would cost too much to repair it. The rep referred me to a certified repair company from their preferred list that was going to charge $129 to diagnose it. This company also said it sounds like it wouldn’t be worth it to repair. I took a shot and Googled certified apple repair near me and found Yeamac. Took the computer in and the rep was able to diagnose and fix the problem for $150 all in the same day. The rep was really friendly and helpful (he brought the iMac from my car to the shop then back again). He fixed it quickly and explained exactly what he did. I told him my mouse didn’t work and he tried to find me a replacement; he went above and beyond. I was incredibly happy with my experience here and highly recommend them."
"Don't go to an Apple Store, GO HERE. My laptop is like my child. All my work is on it and almost nothing recent had been backed up (my fault). I dropped something heavy on my laptop causing it to continue shutting down every 2 minutes. Within 40 seconds of me walking into this store, Ricardo had diagnosed what the problem might be and had it fixed and ready in two days, with every file in place as it was. The staff at this store really know what they're doing and they are so kind and explain everything well. They also are very honest about parts and costs and it's obvious they are not trying to overcharge anything. They also offer a warranty on the repair which was very reassuring. This place was truly a blessing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
