Andy was friendly, professional, and on-time with both initial estimate and repair. Reassuring that he understood our chimney (triple something), found parts within days, and returned quickly to complete the job. Even replaced a rusted pipe we couldn't see. "When we purchased our home, we were aware from the home inspection that there was some damage to the chimney that needed to be repaired. After all the rain we had this year, shortly after we moved in, water started coming through into the fireplace! I contacted United Chimney and they came out the next day to give us a new estimate, after reviewing the estimate provided by the home inspector. The evaluation Tony and his team provided was very honest and transparent, and they understood my request to do the work that was needed to ensure the chimney was safe (we had no intention of actually burning fires in it). Tony pointed out other issues that needed to be repaired that weren't even on the home inspection report. They completed the work in less than two days after I contacted them, using drop cloths on our floors, and even touched up the paint outside on the chimney and in our firebox! Their work is very high quality at a fair price. I would definitely recommend their services!"

"One of the fireplaces in my home needed a new damper fabricated and installed as the old one was cut out some years back, the top of the chimney (crown) needed to be replaced as it had many cracks and was in really bad shape, the entire chimney needed tuckpointing and waterproofing. If that wasn't enough, I wanted wind directional transitions (metal pipes with caps that turn like a windvane) added as well. United Chimney came in and was able to do it all, and in only two days! I had the pleasure of having most of the Sanchez family working on my project. Andy (one of the sons) came to bid on my job and gave me an education on chimneys. I appreciated this because I believe an educated consumer is the best customer. Which is ultimately why they got the job. Tony (the father, who is the hardest working "retired" guy I've ever seen), ran the hole job and was the consummate professional. Soft spoken and direct, Tony was very clear as to each step in the process and kept me informed. If there was a choice to be made Tony informed me of the pros and cons of each of my options, never steering me one way or the other. Their work is impeccable. They are real craftsmen at what they do, demonstrating a level of consciousness to the quality of their work and the care with which they take not to damage anything around your home in the process, are in my opinion, the hallmarks of true Professionals. Bar none, these guys are the best! They are up front, honest, respectful and have that "old school" work ethic that is rear these days. Before I knew it, they were gone without a trace. They cleaned up so well after themselves, the only reason you would know United Chimney was ever here is by the fully functioning, beautifully restored and cleaned chimney that they left behind!"
