"Definitely felt pretty taken advantage of. They charge $85 for dispatch even if they don’t do anything. My disposal was not working and they gave me three options $85 for no work, $285 to try to repair it and $850 for a new one. A new disposal is roughly $150 at most. The technician was really nice and apologetic but they really up charge was they get there. Beware and ask all the right questions. Better yet call someone who offers free estimates."

"Juan was thorough in his work to clear our gutters and explained the entire process to me, as well as other preventative measures that might be taken. He was courteous and showed up on time. My interactions with the dispatch folks at 24/7 was smooth as well. I would recommend their services for anyone who has the unfortunate need of an emergency plumber."

"Zero stars. Two hours late w/o a phone call. I started and finished half the work order when he arrived. $586 full price charged and then proceeded to try and charge an additional $270 for a 1’ section of PVC that costs $6-$10.00. Mentioned that after the fact then stated he would normally remove it if i didn’t agree. Bad business. Overpriced and poor service. Will not recommend and will report to BBB. Only a 30 day warranty on their work. Almost threw out the new disposal warranty card and manual. I paid for the disposal as well. Not good."
