"The nighttime female manager is super rude refused to come up to the register to help when we were having a problem finding my pickup order Which we found out, was canceled try to find a way to fix it, but as I said, she refused to come up to the register and I could hear her over the headset telling her Workers. Oh well, there’s nothing I can do. She will just have to deal with it I don’t know what to tell her. When she did eventually come up her response to it was, it’s not my problem you would have to contact online customer service. If I was to ever shop at Michael’s again, it would never be at the Laverne location again"

"Went for a quick stop. The shelves were being stocked for the upcoming events like Valentine, Easter and St Patrick's Day. Shelves were somewhat empty. Staff was helpful. It was well organised. But may need more cleanliness."

"Michael's is the place to go for crafting, holiday decorating, or if you need some frames! I was there for frames, my girl was there for Christmas decor. I love that you can get a good coupon on your phone and get a bit of a discount. Every little bit helps! Wasn't sure if the coupon was good in store as well as online and instead of asking, I passed and saved by spending nothing! They have a great selection in stock so I decided I'll get the frames next time I'm there... hopefully with a good coupon! Though I did see a good offer online and the option to pick up in store... think I'll try that and save me some time cause you can get pretty lost in there!"
