"My partner and I took Nicole's Metalsmithing Intensive class, which spanned two days. We were completely new to the world of metalsmithing, and Nicole was an incredibly patient, passionate, and knowledgeable teacher throughout the learning process. She walked our group through the entire process of creating a piece--from learning how to saw metal, to design considerations, texturing, soldering, polishing, and even taking the extra bit of time required for the patina. She worked with each of us one-on-one to help produce the best outcome for our ideas. Overall, the experience, which included spending time in Nicole's unique and whimsical art studio, was nothing short of magical.
