Then they completely changed their tune and became super friendly. If the staff reconsidered their approach to customer service they could have had a repeat customer given their lovely bead selection. Isn’t it good practice to be polite to any potential customer regardless of what they look like?"

But this is an invaluable neighborhood resource (there are several other branches in the LA area. They staff go out of their way to help you. You may stumble on a surprise sale on a bead you're needed for years. They have classes. Won't find that online."
