My job required expert skill to properly seem the carpet pattern and to work around a complex floor plan with multiple rooms, and floating stairs! Juan was excited for the challenge and to match the original, invisible seem, craftsmanship- and holy cow he did!!! You won’t find a single seem in my carpet, and you can’t find a more skilled carpet person or a better crew all around. They also helped me make repairs to the water damaged subfloor, moved my furniture out and in, cleaned up everything, and helped me navigate multiple delays from the manufacturer as well as some flooring I laid myself. I can’t say enough about how impressed and appreciative I am."

"We highly recommend JV Floors! Juan & his installation team are so skilled, professional & home-owner friendly. He came out, looked at the problem areas with our old flooring, discussed the repair options & was so knowledgeable about the features of waterproof LVP flooring products. He gave us a very reasonable quote for installation & alleviated our fears about living amidst a big flooring & carpeting project. Once we chose our flooring, he speedily fit us on his schedule. They picked up all the materials for us. His wonderful crew moved all the furniture around & back into place, cleaned up beautifully each day, hauling off old or scrap materials. When a section of rotted sub-flooring was discovered, he quickly figured out how to repair it, & kept the project on the originally promised 4-day schedule. They also showed us how to clean & care for the new flooring. The final results exceeded our expectations! Their craftsmanship & attention to the finishing details on baseboard & trim around our hearth tiles was so impressive. We are so happy with our flooring transformation.
