"Mattole Valley installed a new electrical outlet for us. Their bid said the work would be permitted and had an itemized fee for the cost of obtaining the permit. The price was much higher than other bids we received, but it was the only one that said the work would be permitted so we chose their bid. They ended up doing the work without obtaining a permit, and would not refund the charges for the permit fees. Based on their dishonest bid and refusal to correct the matter after the fact, I would not work with them again."
