"Kevin was hired to perform a home inspection on a 950 sq ft home, with a detached garage/ADU. Kevin was less than enthusiastic about providing a quality inspection. He denied looking at the garage/ADU and wanted to schedule a 2nd home inspection for an additional fee. He verbally mentioned the warped roof condition of the home, and upon receiving the report there was no mention of the roof condition. When I reached out to inquire, his response was "the roof is in decent condition." For $350 for 1 hour, I was expecting far more. His lack of enthusiasm, customer service and laziness was less than desirable and outright uncomfortable. I do not recommend Kevin Quigley for your home inspection."
