"On the very day that I was going to call my mortgage company about forbearance, I received a call from Chris Clasby. I was surprised, but this was something he’d said he’d do over a year ago. You see during that time I was trying to get a casback refi. Two other companies who’d said they could get me one all denied me (after all the paperwork and appraisals were done), without even a call to let me know. I’m over 65 and retired.
