"The variety is great, but they need to get their security in check! My husband went in with $200 in his pocket and was followed and harassed by the same guy who previously chased me down across the street to tell me that next time I couldn't carry a bag in- mind you, there was literally nothing in my bag, from Michael's or otherwise, and I had just gone in to use the restroom... if you're going to profile people, do a better job of picking out the shoplifters; otherwise stop harassing good paying customers who look a little different than the status quo. After all, you are an art store right? You're gonna get people from all walks of life... get it together"
