"I would give it 0 stars if I could. This place is a scam. You can even see on street view that there is no tradegenie in that shopping area. I used there service for 3 weeks and went down 8% after reading a ton of reviews claiming they were up in a week over double digit percentages in their accounts. They just throw out a ton of trades each day hoping one of them wins, so they can lie and say they are legitimate. The trades have been nothing but a sea of red since I started with them. They tell you to get out at 50% to 65% loss, but they themselves actually stay in because when you get out, a few days or weeks later, they send emails saying get out of so and so stock and lock in the gains, even though it was exited cause of stop loss at 65% loss. When I would email them about some guidance from mr noshow, I mean noshee, (whos real name btw is mohammad nasir khan and was indicted by the fbi in october of 2009) I got the same robot reply of hold your positions. They slowly bled me down. I finally said enough is enough and requested a cancellation. They do not update their losses on their webpage. They of course are quick to update their win counter, but not losses. I counted since I was there, 9 losses and not one of them were added to the loss counter, meanshile there was 11 wins, but more than 20 wins added to the counter. Luckily it only cost me $47 for their membership but hundreds and hundreds of dollars in my trading account. Their reviews on trustpilot and here are nothing but paid for reviews. Don't be a victim like me. If I hadn't left when I did, I would have have just kept losing."
