"Every interaction with Micah at Whiteswan Spas was above and beyond. He spent time with me on the phone and then in person answering my 100s of questions. He was patient and kind. He never tried to upsell me (matter of fact, he DOWN SOLD me). I felt I could trust him which made me trust purchasing from him would be a reliable purchase. The day our spa arrived it had a used cover and the spa was a bit dirty from the rain so I sent the store a message. Micah immediately called me. He let me know that was a loaner cover because they didn't want me to wait on my spa for the cover that came with our tub and it would be delivered soon. He also immediately made sure the spa was detailed and that I had everything I needed. After the delivery men left I suddenly realized I didn't know how to do the chemicals. I text the store and Alan (sorry if I got the name wrong) called me immediately and walked me through the process. He was patient while I tried to figure it out. (Then, of course, I found their amazing laminated instructions that would have helped had I seen them. Doh. Which only made Alan better because he could have said, "Look at the instructions dummy.") Today they arrived with our actual spa cover. They took the loaner and installed the new one. Great service! As for our spa, we LOVE it. It's even better than expected other than the dumb way it makes us change the temperature. It's super high quality and we have used it daily since it arrived without problem. (For the record we bought the Marquis Broadway.)"

"So far so awesome. Was looking to buy a spa as part of our backyard renovation. Stopped by all the local spa shops and some down by my office. Charles was a fount of information about both the lines they carried and spas in general. He was happy to chat and answer any questions and provide advice on multiple visits with no pressure to buy. Made the decision of which brand to buy easy. Made the purchase, and then came the issues with the landscape contractor. White Swan Spas readily and without question offered to hold the spa almost indefinitely until we got our backyard into shape and were able to accept delivery. Once we got a reputable contractor to build our deck, Charles went above and beyond to work out delivery so that we could get the spa on time to avoid delays in the construction project. If the service provided thus far is an indication of the business looking forward to years as a customer for any service needs and supplies and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any looking for spa needs."
