"We were homeless! My wife and I were working with another lender when the loan fell through with only 2 weeks left in the closing timeline. At this time we had already sold our prior house, which put us in a really uncomfortable position. The counter provided by the prior lender was a 55% LTV, variable rate, hard money terms, piggy back HELOCs, etc. No good. Enter Ken!
