"Probably will never go back ever again, filed my stuff and waited weeks for my small refund. Still haven't gotten it today then come to find out I still need to bring two more forms in but I'm pretty sure they should've said that when I first filed. And now I'm still waiting because of their mistake. I set an appointment early on in the beginning of the year to get it done early too. What was the point of going early if I was just gonna have to wait so long for my refund still on the count of their mistake. Terrible place!!"

"This firm has terrible customer service. They have an appointment system that they constantly don't. They're worst then the DMV you make an appointment and your still have to wait hours to be attended. They're tax preparation service is unbelievably mediocre and outrageously over priced.
