"I would not recommend dealing with this company in any way shape or form. We stayed at one of Crown Bridge, Inc's Airbnb properties in West Hills, CA, and was impossible to communicate with him. Mr. Alawadhi only responded when it was time to get the money that he was owed. The major thing that occurred was the carbon monoxide detector going off when we would start cooking, even when the window and door were wide open. We messaged Mr. Alawadhi and it took him nearly two full days to respond to this urgent matter. It got to the point where we had to contact Airbnb support to deal with it. Mr. Alawadhi said that we would get the $1000 security deposit back after we left, yet we didn't, and then we tried to contact Mr. Alawadhi numerous times through email and text yet he has ignored every single one."

"If I could give less than -10 stars for this business I would. I was on a travel assignment for work and needed a short term stay in California. In the beginning certain things did bother me, but the major problem I have with this business is their lack of communication. I rented a short term property via Airbnb that is run by Mohamed Alawadhi/Crown Bridge Realty, and afterwards he got me to agree to do a short term contract off of Airbnb with him. We agreed that the $1000 security deposit was refundable along with other terms and conditions. I signed my documents and agreed to rules and pricing that were listed. I moved out of the property on 05/16/2023 and have sent multiple messages in regards to that REFUNDABLE security deposit. Mr. Alawadhi has not responded back to those text messages nor has he responded to my email. I just wanted to know what was going on with it and the cause of the delay, but he has outright ghosted me since then. I am tired of having to reach back out to someone who refuses to respond back. At this point its less about the money and more about ensuring he doesn't screw over other people and take their hard earned money. I only agreed to sign those documents because this business appeared legal and legitimate. It was unprofessional how he blantantly ignored my attempts at communicating with him. When it came to requesting for rent payment and ensuring it went through, he would respond immediately and in a timely manner. If I didn't respond, he would a follow up message. He is consistent on making sure he gets the rent payment (of which I have been on time). For other concerns, he was slow to respond (accurate response rate on Airbnb at that time we were there was "
