"Avoid at all costs. This company rented a home from me to do short term rentals. They are non responsive and have zero communication. It is like chasing a ghost. After many attempts to contact them to come to a resolution, i had to unfortunately file a lawsuit. When i had discussed financials with them on previous occasions, they openly admitted that they dont have the money and are allocating funds between property to property to cover debts. This is fraud! I would strongly advise not to rent from them as you dont know what legal situation you may find yourself in. Also, giving them a security deposit can be a huge risk! STEER CLEAR! I am happy to provide any information to whoever asks. I have this all documented"
