"Had a horrible experience and when I asked for a Manager I was introduced to Ramon, the district manager according to the customer service individual. I went to shake his hand because he didn't even say "hi I am so and so" and he didn't want to but shook my hand. I explained what occurred, I went to the Bakery and there were 3-4 individuals working there all standing around chatting, not the problem as it took me a moment to pick a cake i wanted. When I got help the bakery woman was rude and she spoke with attitude, I proceeded to ask of I could pay there as there is a register that was on there as I only came for the cake and was told "Na, go pay upfront." No explanation and no customer service communications. I then proceed to the customer service booth and ask to speak with a manager which i was told "there he goes if you want to speak with him." I then asked the lady to call him over the intercom as i had a cake and couldnt run after him. Again customer service was horrible. The "District Manager" Ramon, not sure he really is a District Manger and if he is not sure how he made it as he has no communications skills. I begin to explain to Ramon what happened and he cuts me off and starts telling me they didn't do anything wrong and as such I was asked what about the aspect of Customer Service? "Was told what did you expect!" For help i responded, the register is on and 3-4 just standing there talking; as a manager cant you place a sign up or log off so the register is off? He then states "Look il look into it alright but my team doesnt have to explain anything to you. If this is truly a District Manager, Cardenas needs to do better with Promotions. NEVER shopping at Cardenas Again and I recommend you don't either. Called the customer service and left a voice mail will be filing a corporate complaint all because they can't speak to customer properly. This Review is for Cardenas as it doesn't pop up for me. Progresso has been shut down for years."
